A pouring silicate wick was manufactured to explore the influence of process and physical properties on production performance loop heat pipes (LHP). This paper theoretically analyzed advantages porous introduced technology directly evaporator. Based this, transfer copper-methanol LHP system with tested under different positions. The results showed that input multiple sources, could start up maintain a stable temperature from 40 W 160 W. When vapor grooves were located above compensation chamber, it difficult positively. By adding gravity assistance, obtain more liquid supply flow, so as realize up. In variable load test, good adaptability change load. thermal resistance decreased increase evaporator almost unchanged always lower than 0.05 °C/W, which indicated in had matching.
